Jessica was born in Bremen, IN, but grew up in southern Texas. It was her time in Texas that she first began to developed a love of authentic Latin food and culture. She recalls spending holidays in Mexico with family and enjoying her grandmother’s home cooked meals. After moving back to the Michiana area and graduating, she began working in the restaurant industry and quickly realized she had found her calling. Since joining the Market Fresh Gourmet team in 2017, she has become an integral part of our family owned company. In her time away from Jesus, she loves to spend time outdoors and with her pup. She loves to travel, and like many of us, she wants to see and experience as much of the world as possible.

Born and raised in the Mishawaka area, Aaron has grown up in and around restaurants. Beginning at a young age, he began working for his family’s restaurant. It was there that he quickly grew a love and passion for the industry. Since joining the Market Fresh Gourmet family in 2014, he has been a valued contributor in each and every one of the concepts we operate. When he is not at the restaurant, he enjoys competing in local cocktail competitions or spending time with family and friends. He’s excited to engage with the community and offer them an authentic taste of true Latin cuisine.
David Bordelon, a native Texan and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, moved to Indiana in 2001, where he met his wife Amy, and started his family. He enjoys fishing, building R/C cars with his children, and playing board games with his family. He now calls Mishawaka and Market Fresh Gourmet his home.
Born and raised in Michichucan, Mexico. He has expanded his passion for food over the past 15 years. When not cooking like a mad man in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his family and a good game of soccer.
